St. George Pre-Birthday

For Spring Break/My Birthday Celebration, Heather and I went down to St. George again.
This time we got to stay at the Stallings Legacy Condo.
We headed down tuesday evening just the two of us!

On the way down, we had to stop and get our traditional mustaches in Beaver.
We even brought AJ (heather's friend who is Jerusalem) along for the trip!

The weather wasn't the greatest the whole time
but we did get to go swimming in the indoor pool a little bit!

Thursday, Chase and my parents came down.
Friday was the only nice day where the sun was shining so we decided that was the best day to go to
Zions National Park.
Heather had never been and it's one of my favorite parks.
For the weekend of my 18 birthday, My Parents, Andy Bird, and I went on the
"Emerald Pools Hike" and we loved it.
So for this trip, we decided to do the same one.
It's not too strenuous of a hike, and it's very pretty!
We got to the park and we first drove to one end of the park and then drove back to do our hikes.

As we were driving through, we kept driving past a bunch of snow.
We thought it would be funny to get out and go make snow angels in the snow so we could call it
"the real angels landing"

When we got up to the snow, it was hard as rock.
Not very good snow for making snow angels in.

Then we went on our hike.

The "upper pool" was freezing! It doesn't matter what time of year you go, it's alway really chilly up there.
You can see behind us in this picture the big glacier of snow under the fall.
The colors of the pools were so amazing!

Saturday was the day Heather and I decided that we would celebrate my "st. george birthday".
Since my parents came down, we decided it'd be fun to drive to Vegas to
Serendipity III for lunch and frozzzen hot chocolate! (my favorite)

It was an amazing, BIG lunch and delicious frozzen hot chocolate!

Thank you Heather, Chase, Mom and Dad for the amazing weekend away!
