Happy Christmas 'Arry

Sorry...no pictures...

Christmas:

came too slow,
flew by too fast,
same as normal,
lots of fun!
Started the day off by waking up at 7:00am to open presents.
This year my parents did a new thing where we get 3 presents.
1. Something we want
2. Something we need
3. Something memorable
The first one was from our siblings (we draw names). I got knitting needles and crochet hooks.
The second was a Smith's gift card that can be used for gas and groceries.
The third was two tickets to Hale Center Theater's Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
In my stocking,
I got socks, a book called M2B:) Mission 2 Be Happy by Michael Mclean, clementines, candy canes, and other candies.

After presents we had our normal Christmas breakfast which is a quiche, cinnamon rolls, and bagels.
Chase was expected to call at 9:00am.
He called right as we were finishing breakfast...perfect timing.
We hung up so that we could call him back.
We couldn't get through to him for a good 30 minutes.
Finally, we got a hold of him.
He sounded so good. We talked to him on the speaker phone for about an hour and half.
Then we all said our goodbyes.

Vince and Katie then went to be with her family.
Phill and Leslie left to be with her family as well.

My parents and I got ready and went up to Salt Lake to see the Stallings family.
We ate a yummy lunch and got to relax for a little bit with the family.
Grandpa gave his "Christmas Lecture" on how we need to "Open Carefully, Not Let the Love Escape".
He gave us all some money and then gave us a book of the parables that he has told us years past.
Awesome gift!

Around 4:30, we headed back to Provo.
We went to the Morgan family party and had dinner.
Grandma and Grandpa Morgan gave us all 72-hour kits for us to keep in a safe place in case of an emergency.
After presents, we played games until around midnight!
All in all, it was a great day!

How was your Christmas?!
